1. What countries does Tekstra Brands ship to?
Located in New York, we ship everywhere domesticly, and we are now proud to announce we are now shipping worldwide (except countries marked in the international shipping map below). Please review our international policy below.

UPS Ground 1st & 2nd Air
DHL Express Worldwide (Only applies for international orders)
4. Is there a set shipment time for all the products?
Yes, purchases before 12 pm EST ships same day, all orders placed after are shipped next business day. Please refer to our holiday schedule below.
5. Does Tekstra Brands provide an overnight delivery service?
Yes, Tekstra Brands has expedited shipping options that are available when completing the purchase.
6. How can I track my order?
If you created an account you can always login and track the the status of your order. Email: You'll receive a confirmation email from our warehouse once your order is on its way. Please click on the tracking link provided in the email to view the up to date tracking status of your parcel. 7. Can I have my order delivered to a different address other than my home address?
Yes, send an email to Sales@TekstraBrands.com, with details of the address to which they want to have the order delivered to. Please make sure you send this email before the order is shipped. Please check your order status after logging into your account and check your most recent order. Note: Customers who are paying using PayPal are NOT able to change the address on their order for security reasons. You can refer to your PayPal account for more information.
8. If I am staying at a hotel, or at an address other than my home address, can I get my order delivered at a requested time?
If you wish to have your order delivered to a hotel or another address except your home address, then please contact our dedicated customer care team at Sales@TekstraBrands.com before submitting your order. We strongly suggest that you list a residential or business address on the order.
In most cases, we'll either request you to change a residential address or arrange a delivery that requires your personal signature upon receipt of the order. Please note that we cannot guarantee an exact time of delivery. If you urgently need your order to be delivered, then please contact our dedicated customer care team at Sales@TekstraBrands.com before submitting your order.
Currently, at this time we are only currently accepting orders within the domestic United States.
Returns & Replacements
All sales are final and there are no returns for international orders. If you believe your item is defective or there is a problem with your order please email email@example.com.
Your privacy is important to us. We strive to exceed your expectations for privacy. Cross-border shipments are subject to inspection by customs authorities. We may also be called upon to provide certain order, shipment, and product information to our international carriers. Carriers may communicate such information to customs authorities for the purpose of facilitating customs clearance and compliance with local laws.
