1. How can I pay for my order?
Acceptable forms of payment:
- - MasterCard
- - Visa
- - AMEX
- - Discover
- - JCB
- - Union Pay
- - Paypal Express
a. Credit card customers will not be charged until the order is processed for shipping, however, credit card authorization for the order total occurs at the time the order is placed.
b. Security is priority, therefore your information is safe with us. Fraud is unacceptable therefore all credit and debit card holders are subject to validation and authorization by Tekstra Brands and the card issuer.
c. If your payment cannot go through, please contact the bank that issued your credit card for help. If they cannot identify the problem, we suggest that you try paying via Paypal.
d. PayPal payments cannot be combined with other payment methods
2. If order is declined?
To help ensure your order is not declined when placing a new order we suggest checking the following:
Double check your order information
- - phone number
- - email address
- - include company name on order
Check the card details on your Tekstra Brands account to make sure the information is correct
- - credit card number
- - security code ( 3 digit # on back of card)
- - expiration date
- - billing address
Your card issuer may have declined your payment - as they are unable to provide us this information, it's best to contact your bank.
If you've checked all of the above, try an alternate payment option. If you've tried all these and are still having problems, contact our Customer Care Team (support@TekstraBrands.com) with as many details as you can about the issue - including any error messages you receive and we'll resolve it as soon as possible.
